COVID-19 protocols:

In the event that you are feeling ill, we ask that you reschedule your appointment with at least 24 - hour notice.

At this time, guests who are not receiving services are not permitted in the studio. Please come alone, and at your designated appointment time as waiting area use will be restricted as well. 

Please refrain from bringing in outside food & beverages or any unnecessary personal items. Our beverage service will be paused :( 

Wearing masks will be mandate - although we don’t enjoy them, we all need to do our part. Please remember to bring a mask, if you forget, disposable ones will be available for $1.00.

All clients and employees will be required to wash their hands before the start of the appointment. We can sing together for 20 seconds on request.

We will sanitize doorknobs/handles, light switches, all work surfaces, colour swatches, and gel lamps at the beginning of each day and in between each client. Each station will have hand sanitizer readily available for use.

We have implemented a sparkly new online booking system to make it easy for you to reschedule with 24h advance notice if you are feeling unwell, and to pay for your appointment without interacting with our card terminals. (If you so choose).

We adhere to the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation - well above and beyond the Government of Ontario’s regulations. All of our instruments are medically sterilized and a fresh set of disposable tools are used for each guest.
